Director of Sacred Pathways Counselling
Sacred Pathways Counselling understands that each of us travels a unique path. No story is the same. Change is inevitable. Sometimes it brings great joy, and at other times it can leave us feeling overwhelmed and with a sense of despair. As individuals, we experience change differently and sometimes our experiences leave us feeling stuck. It is in these moments that we need a little help to move forward with our lives.

I help clients re-tell their story in ways that empower them, utilising a strengths-based approach to therapy, acknowledging the values and beliefs clients already have in moving towards their preferred sense of self.
Through Sacred Pathways Counselling, I provide professional and respectful counselling and consultancy services in Adelaide, South Australia. I specialise in end of life doula services as well as counselling for grief, loss, change, trauma, anxiety and depression.​
